Jacob Summers[6] (12 December[7]), also known as Jake or Jakey, is the deuteragonist of Oxenfree II: Lost Signals. He travels with his coworker Riley around Camena to set up transmitters over the land.
Biography[]
Jacob Summers was assumedly born in Oregon same as Riley. He attended Camena South High School with her,[8] where he dated a girl named Patty, nicknamed "Peanut Butter Patty." His parents both died in their 20s after having him and his twin brother, Pete, who moved to New York.[9]
He met Maggie Adler when he was young and became interested in the radio phenomena and the ghosts. He later got a job as a handyman deciding to stay in Oregon, his hometown, and live with his dog, Athena.[10] He lives in the house his parents left him when they died. He then assists Riley in placing the transmitters around the coast of Camena.
Jacob met Olivia and her friends, Charlie and Violet, on an Internet forum without knowing each other's real identities. Due to the knowledge that Maggie Adler taught him, he learned how to tune the radio to talk to dead people, and told them how.[3] In the events of the game, Olivia wants to use this information to communicate with her parents, thanks to the Blue Moon,[11] and with the help of Charlie and Violet.

Jacob Summers is 33 years old, he always wears a trapper hat that covers his brown hair. He has light brown/hazel eyes. He wears grey pants and a red and brown hoodie.
Personality[]
Jacob Summers is an anxious handyman. He likes to not only fix things but also create things. He has a half-finished sculpture in his room.
Trivia[]
- According to his birthdate, Jacob is a Sagittarius.
- Jacob does not go by "Jake," but Evelyn still calls him that. Jacob says he does not mind,[12] even calling himself "Jake" on some occasions.
- His mother used to call him "Jakey."[2]
